Villa Umago is located at the edge of a peaceful Istrian village Vilanija. The detached house that you will have all to yourself is located on 750 square meters of grounds so there is plenty of green and places to rest and enjoy your privacy. This luxury villa features open seaviews and a large garden with outdoor kitchen, fireplace and sitting area.
Three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and large terrace overlooking the sea. Equipped with AC, two fireplaces with barbecue facilities and outdoor as well as indoor kitchen. This Istrian detached house is completely private, slightly elevated with open sea and forest views. WiFi is available throughout the villa, there is a large flat screen TV with satellite channels and garage for two cars with two more outdoor parking spaces.
There is also a large garden with sea views and automatic watering system for the perfect soft lawn. Villanija is a romantic Istrian village a fairytale of lush greens and white stone, located close to the sea side on a hill just above Umag. Sea views and gentle sea breezes come as Istrian standard. It is not a place crowded with tourists, but rather a secluded oasis close to the sea, but far enough to escape the usual hustle and bustle associated with summer on the Croatian coast.
